Brundage to Bear Basin Trail Update!

We have Progressive Trail Design crews on site, they started the lowest portion of the trail near Ditch Witch on Tuesday( see photos). The new section of trail will not be connected through on both ends until we have a chance to hand build a bridge and a short section of trail in the riparian area near Little Goose Creek. We are asking trail users to stay off of the trail until it is officially open and connected on both ends.

They are moving up the mountain and will be starting near Brundage Mountain later today and will be working back downhill over the next couple of months. Brundage Mountain Trail Crew members will be joining PTD next week and working with PTD through the summer Again, we are asking trail users to be patient and let the crews do the work and wait for the official opening before using the trail.

We also have Dirt Candy Designs scheduled to be in late July to work on the segment from Brundage Mt to the top of the PTD build. Expected completion date is mid September. Exciting stuff!
